Of course, by comfortable posture we does not mean to sit in a way you like it means the correct posture you should not at office. Keep a distance between your chair and desk and sit down comfortably. For many people, it would look a lot like sitting in a car. Your feet are on the floor in front of you; your hands are in your lap; and your shoulders relax as you lean back just a bit. This is called your “natural posture.”

2.How to place your keyword and mouse?

After placing yourself on natural posture keyboard and mouse should be positioned in a way that keeps your elbows to your sides, and your arms at or below a 90-degree angle. It will reduce the muscle load.

3.Height of keyword

Position definitely matters. Your keyboard should 1 to 2 inches above your thighs.
Ideally, your keyboard and mouse should be at shoulder-distance apart and as level as possible.

4.Distance of screen

Distance of screen should be proper so that it will not cause any problem for you. Too far or too close is an of course a problem. Place at middle position so that you can work easily

5.Chair adjustment

Your chair is your best ergonomic friend. It supports your back, your bottom, and your posture. There are many chairs to choose from, but only a few important things to look out for. Your chair should be properly structured so that you can sit comfortably. Avoid wood chairs it might hurt you.

6.Install standing workstations

Sitting for long hours even with proper postures sometimes leads to deadly disease. The ultimate solution is to install standing workstations. They come in different shapes and sizes (raised tables to floating standing desks) and vary in functionality (transitioning from sitting to standing), with the agenda to reduce the amount of time you spent seated during the day.
