Well, it sounds weird guys but its absolutely true. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’s wife Amruta is set to be a showstopper for a Pune-based fashion design institute at the New York Fashion Week, where she will spread the message of girls’ education as well as promote handlooms.
Isn’t it nice, well Fadnavis wife is beautiful enough to be the show stopper of the show and she is not only walking the ramp, she will also give message of education goals to girls.
The event is to be held on September 8 in Manhattan, where Pune-based institute Chasa Institute of Design and Technology will showcase the talent of young designers.

According to reports, Amruta will sport a unique Indo-western wear in handloom designed by students who are mainly children of farmers and porters. Amruta was quoted saying “I will be walking the ramp to spread the message of girls’ education as these designs have come from girl children who are daughters of farmers and porters. It is a novel initiative. I believe when we educate a girl child, we educate a family. And when the family is educated, the country moves ahead.”
She basically wants to tell how much important is to make girl child educated. Amruta, who has been part of the campaign for girls’ education, said there was a need for parents to be counseled to encourage their girl children for education.
