Deutsche Bank sheds 35K jobs to gain bottomline
Deutsche Bank, the German banking major has been experining losses on it’s balance sheet for some time now.
In a effort to stem the blood, the Bank is now re-jigging it’s portfolio, and also re aligning it’s workforce.
As a part of this exercise, DB is exiting 10 countries, and shedding a total of 35 thousand jobs. Deutshe Bank is also exiting Postbank as a part of the turnaround strategy penned by it’s CEO John Cryan.
