A single bench of Delhi High court has passed an order which requires all taxies in the state of Delhi to only use CNG as a fuel.
Having already passed an order to that effect with regard to Ola cabs, Justice Manmohan said the rule would apply to all taxies. He further said that he understood that it cannot be done in one day, but definitely in a phased manner.
For this he said that no new taxies with fuel other than CNG would be registered in Delhi, starting today.
