According to a report, a city has asked a woman to look for a job instead of relying on her husband for her maintenance.
The court said that ” she was qualified and capable of maintaining herself so she should not put financial burden on her ex- husband.
Under the Indian legal system, separation or a divorce entitles a woman to maintenance from her spouse in the form of financial support.
After watching that woman was more qualified than the man, the court has ordered that she should look for job and should not pressurise her ex- husband to play her alimony.
