Los Angeles county has come out with a innovative scheme to conserve water n light of the severe drought.
Rolled out over a 175 acre reservoir, the balls are supposed to prevent more than 300 million gallons of water from evaporating, thus saving the taxpayers a respectable $250 Million.
The detractors all agree that Black is the worst color for the job, as black absorbs heat, while white would have reflected it.
