Check out some Unconventional Designs that will blow your mind :- “I have come to the conclusion that people wanted to wear yoga pants and sweatshirts and I am here to give them the most beautiful version of it,” said Kenya West, rapper cum designer who presented his 4th version at New York Fashion Week recently.
His Yeezy season 3 collection is full of sportswear in collaboration with the famous brand Adidas. There is more colour than before and a new graphic element that focused on the articulation of the garments. His women’s wear includes oversized outerwear keeping intact his formula of second’s skin athleticism. For men, it is supersized outfits.
Though Kenya told the media he was attracted to fashion since the age of 8 by playing with the sewing machine of your grandmother, he became a serious designer only in 2016. During his various visits abroad he met famous artist Vanessa Beecroft and their collaboration brought out some interesting collection though fashion critics were not willing to take him seriously. He first showcased his catwalk collection in 2011, a flagpole at Paris Fashion Week. He said to the critics, “Please note this is my collection and give me time to improve. I am a creative person be it fashion or music.”

He took the help of A.P.C for creating a capsule collection and according to Kanye it took two years to create just three items. “ I think I have strong obsessions and always wants to do different things at different time. Basically, I want to redo the whole universe.” The collection from this collaboration saw parka inspired coats, streamlined cargo pants, and easy knits. He said, Jean of a.p.c. taught me how to ride on the right side of the street.”
Kenya did admit that he is still like an adopted child among fashion designers. “Sometimes I was wondering how the entire fashion world looks at me and my family as a child of theirs. I think it is investing for them to see a child growing under their own eyes.”
