Camson Bio Technologies – one of India’s largest producers of bio-fertilizers, biocides and hybrid seeds – has been successfully awarded certification for two biocides by TÜV Rheinland. The biocides that have been certified – Calterm and Calrhiza- have already been used in India for a few years yielding great results. These biocides are eco-friendly and leave zero residue hence, protecting the crops from any harm. Established in 1993, Camson Biotechnologies unites the most modern technology in breeding, molecular genetics and metagenomics in agriculture with the latest methods in environmental safety and protection.
In the event Mr. Santosh Nair, CEO, Camson Biotechnologies Ltd. said “With the Western world already making rapid strides in farming, Camson has spearheaded India’s biotechnology campaign for several years. The Indian market was flooded with a variety of biocides, most of them harmful to the soil.
