The telecom companies have recently said that call drop penalty can adversely hit their revenues. As per the reports, it can hit more than one- third of their revenues.
In fact, companies have written a letter to the Telecom Regulatory department describing that their order was coercive, and the orders will have a catastrophic impact on the revenues of the companies.
