California’s Drought, a ripple effect.
A report was recently released at latter part of the week by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The climatologists are expecting as California enters the fourth year in rising warm temperature. It will experience a severe natural climatic drought by 2060.
California has always had some form of climatic variables. However, it’s rain deficit is due to an abnormal high pressure over the Northeast Pacific. Hence, the State landscape is experiencing a severe drought.
There are parts of the Central Valley that are bearing the brunt of this natural climate epidemic where unsustainable groundwater is being extracted. The San Joaquin Valley is sinking two inches every month.
It shows how vulnerable they are even if the rains do come back. The World is heating up it will make it even worse due to climate change.
