Badminton Association of India congratulated Sindhu after victory in Macau Open

The Badminton Association of India (BAI) has congratulated leading shuttler, P.V Sindhu over her third successive victory in Macau Open Grand Prix.

The BAI has announced prize of Rs. 10 Lakhs for Sindhu.

Sindhu dominated the entire actions as she defeated World number sixth player, Minatsu Mitani of Japan with 21-9, 21-23, 21-14 in the thrilling clash to lift the title.

Speaking on the announcement, President Akhilesh Das Gupta said, “She has again made us proud because of her play and willpower to prove her on the International stage. We were confident that she will hold the title.”
