Solely originated in India, Thousands of years ago, Ayurveda treats bodily imbalances with historical herbal roots found in the subcontinent & with yogic breathing. Ayurveda therapies and treatises are praised & followed internationally, especially in Western world.
Ayurvedic incorporation happened in last of the four Vedas of Vedic period, Atharva Veda. It is basically making up of the balance between mind, body, and spirit. The main focus of Ayurvedic medicine is to maintain good health, rather than fight disease. Though variety of treatments are written and recommended for specific health problems.
