Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J.Jayalalithaa has launched a call centre named ‘Amma Call Center’ around the clock call centre for ensuring fast response of grievances.
Jayalalithaa is fondly addressed as Amma(mother) by her supporters and her government is already running many initiatives named after her like Amma canteens, Amma mineral water.
This latest initiative by Amma aimed at ensuring quick response to people’s grievances, where in they can dial toll free number ‘1100’ at any point of time.
The details of their callers and issues reported by people will be registered on computer and will refer to relevant department for actions.
