30 MCD schools to have Smart classes
30 MCD schools to have Smart classes :- The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will deploy smart class education system in 30 schools in the first phase of Smart Education System. It has collaborated with Extramarks Education to introduce ‘Extramarks Smart Class’ in 444 of its classes.

“Extramarks Education system is a smart education with a 360 degree digital learning solution provider for classes KG-12. Extramarks will be undertaking the work regarding the supply, installation, commissioning and functioning of the hardware and uploading of all the educational digital content required. Integration of the Educational Digital content will be provided both in Hindi and English medium schools from Classes VI to XII,” according to the given statement.
Shri Venkaiah Naidu, the Union Minister of Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Information & Broadcasting along with the NDMC Chairperson Naresh Kumar, and Rao Inderjit Singh, Minister of State (on an Independent Charge)-Statistics and the Programme Implementation, Planning and Defence unveiled the N.P. Co-ed Secondary School at Delhi’s Kidwai Nagar, with ‘Extramarks Smart Class’.
Implementing PM’s Dream
This will take forward Prime Minister’s dream of implementing Digital India, the step will marked as a progressive step in the same direction. By introducing an e-learning system in 30 NDMC schools, NDMC wishes to enrich all the students and the teachers communities by providing them various learning and teaching resources to support and complement the ongoing curriculum.
