105 year old Sprinter Creates new record, but dissapoints himself!
Japan’s ‘Golden Bolt’, centarian Hidekichi Miyazaki is the world’s oldest competitive sprinter.
In a race, he set a new record of 42.22 seconds for his age. However, the perfectionist that he is is not satisfied, as he claims he got 36 seconds during training. His best was 34.10 secs, which he clocked at a young age of 103.
His mantra for physical fitness is simple: Daily Exercise, eating in moderation, and chewing the food properly.
