As we are aware of the multiple benefits of meditation been established with years of pragmatic experiences, theories ,meditation is a prepared dish for stress buster, pain reliever ,anxiety-ender and recent studies show that it can induce a greater amount of wisdom in humans.
Patrick B. Williams, postdoctoral researcher at the University of Chicago told it is mysterious to know what the link between ballet and meditation is but experiments have found that participants, who practiced ballet had the lowest levels of wisdom. Nevertheless, the more they practiced ballet, the higher they scored on measures of psychological traits associated with wisdom.
The researchers conducted an online survey with 298 participants, with Survey Monkey, a trending tool to conduct scientific studies and surveys.
