Donald Trump has never been an advocate of same-sex marriage but he makes an exception
US President Donald Trump ahead of the India visit supported a Bollywood movie based on two gays, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan on Friday night. People on Twitter are confused from the response from Donald Trump and are giving interesting opinions on Twitter.
Here are some of them
Thank you, President Trump, for supporting the gay community.
I can’t wait to vote for you this November.— #ThePersistence (@ScottPresler) February 21, 2020
I hate the way the lefties try to paint you as anti-LGBTQ. You’re just for HUMAN rights, not dozens of separate “victim” groups rights. That is a healthy and correct way to approach things, imho.

Trump, Modi govt built a wall to impress you. We are also spending 500,000$ on flowers for you. Indian taxpayers are paying for all of it.

Why don't you and modi drain the swamp and sign a trade deal?!
It is wonderful that it is branching out to other countries, so that the violence towards gay people stops.

People are confused because Donald Trump has never been an advocate of same-sex marriage. In 2000, he said that ‘marriage is between a man and a woman’. In 2016, Trump had said that if he wins the election, he will appoint Supreme Court Justices who will overturn the 2015 decision of same-sex marriage. However, after getting appointed as the President of US, Trump took a U-turn and said that he was fine with same-sex marriage.
