In the Pune Porsche Accident, the Police on Tuesday arrested the father of one of the teenage drivers involved in the recent accident, where a Porsche car struck and killed two on the Pune airport road, as well as three other accused persons.

This reckless Porsche driver rammed into two IT employees from Infosys namely Aneesh Awadhiya and his companion Ashwini Koshta They were riding a bike at the Kalyani Nagar at about 2. 025 AM on Sunday when their bike was attacked by the speed car from behind. It was reported that the victims were coming back home after attending a get together when what befell them The two died instantly.
One of the accused is a minor who was arrested from Sambhajinagar locality of Aurangabad district in Maharashtra, while three other accused including the minor’s father Vishal Agarwal were caught from Aurangabad, today a special court in Pune has sent them to police custody till 24 May.
Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis also met Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar and other officials in the CP office in relation to the said issue.

The bar which the Pune teenager visited before hitting two IT professionals by his luxury car was closed today. The state excise department deployed personnel to shut the Cosie bar on the heels of the fatal crash incident two days prior.
According to the law the father of the teenager has been charged under the sections 75 and 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act which deals with ‘wilful neglect of a child as well as administering intoxicating substance to any child’. The case has now been forwarded to CP Police’s crime branch by the family of the victim who stated that it was a murder not a suicide.
Following investigations, it was established that this minor had been at a pub where he took beer before getting behind the wheel of the car and ramming it into the bike, all the while being drunk. Security cameras installed in the pub revealed that the boy was seen taking beer with his friends the night before the time of the tragedy, apparently in joy for obtaining his class 12 results.
While the Opposition accused the Pune Police of offering favour to the minor accused who was involved in a fatal crash that killed two young engineers, Commissioner Amitesh Kumar clarified on Tuesday that they have not spared the accused and have taken a strict action against the incident.
