Roasted peanuts, Onions, Red chilli powder, Rolled Oats, Frozen Peas, Carrots,
Tomatoes, Curry leaves, Mustard seeds, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Oil, Salt.

Methods To Prepare –
Place the 1.5 cups of rolled oats in a sieve. Lightly mist with water until it gets tender. Take care not to overwater and act quickly to keep the oats from becoming too wet. Use a fork to fluff the oats now. Soft oats are what you want, not mushy or wet. Set it away. Add one teaspoon of mustard seeds and five to seven curry leaves to a pan with two tablespoons of heated oil. Allow them to falter. Add ¼ cup sliced carrots and ¼ cup frozen peas that have been thwarted after that. Saute till they start to go soft. Add the tomatoes and onions, finely diced, to the mixture. Stir thoroughly and heat for an additional minute. Add all the spices at this point: 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and 1/2 tsp coriander powder. Add the previously cooked soft oats now.
Mix well, and serve hot !
