It can be a challenging experience when your friends or your classmates try to control you in making a certain decision, even if it is not your own considerations. This is the present day peer pressure for the students. Like you’re in class and your friends pressure you to quit studies for a test but prefer to play instead with them. It is evident that you have examinations, but no, your friends are simply insisting to join you instead.
When you are faced with expectations of doing good in school, living up to your academic expectations of parents, instructors, or even yourself, this is known as academic pressure. For a situation, the same as when you have a serious amount of homework with you and projects missing their due dates then the pressure of achieving well in this school can really feel overbearing.
Addressing the important problem of peer pressure and academic stress among children and teenagers is an urgent issue that surpasses public interest. It is not only my responsibility to supervise the daily processes in the organisation but to also provide direction on altitudinal issues that cause harm to our youth.

The power of peer pressure has been ever-present in the lives of teenagers throughout the ages. While, in the era of social media and hyper-connectivity, the impact of peer pressure has been intensified and it is now becoming a more vehement and multi-dimensional phenomenon. The need for acceptance and the urge to fit in can result in serious psychological and emotional problems for students of high school. It is very important to build up the atmosphere which helps the students feel free to speak out about their problems without being judged.
Academic Stress:
Balancing the Scales Alongside, the demands from studies become an obstacle as well. Fierce competition and social norms create an atmosphere where students try to succeed academically at all costs, in most cases, this overrides their general welfare.
