Ratan Tata, the owner of Tata Group chooses the United Kingdom for their new electric vehicle plant. Company said that they have invested 4 billion pounds, serving 4000 jobs and more are expected.
And supplying JLR‘s electric battery model for jaguar, defender, range rover and discovery. Rishi Sunak, the British prime minister said that together their highly skilled workers and the UK will strengthen their car manufacturing industry. Jaguar land rovers’ UK factories are planted near Birmingham, the Central England while the new plant is expected to establish in Somerset, south west England.

Britain is ready to compete in the global race of Electric Vehicle. The investment is necessary to build the UK’s battery producing capacity and to support the EV industry for a long time. 40 GWH is the initial output that provides half of the battery production, in this it is anticipated that the UK will lead by 2030.
