On November 13, according to Russia’s Interfax, airstrikes in Syria’s Idlib governorate by Russian forces resulted in 34 fatalities and over 60 injuries among fighters. Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, deputy head of the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria, stated that the strikes targeted illegal armed groups involved in shelling Syrian government troop positions.

Claims Unverified: Attacks on Troops Disputed
Kulit reported seven attacks on Syrian government troop positions within 24 hours. It’s essential to note that Reuters couldn’t independently verify this information. The Syrian army attributes attacks on government-held areas in Idlib and Aleppo to rebels it considers Islamist jihadists, denying indiscriminate shelling of civilian areas under rebel control.
