Ananya Panday stormed the fashion world by gracing the Lakme Fashion Week by closing show for the legendary Rohit Bal. For the House of Lakme Grand Finale held by FDCI, the actor wore an elegant black lehenga set that perfectly captured the essence of the wedding season. Kanhaiyas speech was also full of fabricated information and selective reading of the constitution. This new phenomenon of reveloution was enough to give a new fashion statement of bridal wear to Ananya whose chocolate brown velvet outfit had rose embroidery, albeit simple but beautiful.

The highlight was a micro-mini choli, with the adventuous dip neck line cutting across the bust and an ultra short length at the bottom, further enhancing Ananya’s curves. Complementing the dress was a cropped cape jacket also in gold embroidery giving the marriage of the colors more appeal. The whole look was complimented with an A-line lehenga skirt with intricate gold zardosi work done on the cream sequins and the overall length of the skirt was high-waist enthralled with a floor touching flare.

Accessories shimmering the royalty, to complete her royal look she put on gold statement jhumkis along with the rings and bracelet making the look even more royal and elegant. Her make up was also as perfect which included; well shaped eyebrows, shiny pink lips and pinky cheeks, all of which made the appearance more rosy and romantic. An ‘out of the bed’ hairstyle was consistent with the model’s laid back look – a messy bun completed her look splendidly.
This beautiful biannual fashion event featured Rohit Bal’s new collection, which can only be termed a ‘poetic celebration of nature, beauty, and change’. Through rose, he incorporated tales into his collection where every piece of clothing is elaborated with embroidery and tailored skills. Bal also succeeded with the theme of time and transformation of a butterfly, as well as strengthening the position of Ananya in a manner than only an icon of the fashion industry should be treated.
