Zeenat Aman, an established actress, vented on Instagram about the impolite offers she keeps getting from multimillion dollar companies. Zeenat was not afraid to speak up against marketers who were expecting her endorsement for a small payment in an open post. She brought up a specific instance in which another actress received a far higher salary for doing work that was substantially identical.
Zeenat posted a collection of images from a recent photo shoot along with the caption, “Thank you, but no thank you.” Although I am unable to pinpoint my exact value, I am aware of when I am being underestimated. She described how she frequently receives requests for collaborations and appearances, some of which are blatantly offensive. “It’s moderately offensive when a celebrity is invited at the last minute and the organizer forgets to update the invitation—this other star must have declined. It irritates me when people send me rude letters with few details or harsh “share commercials.” Shady offers to publish articles or comments without mentioning the financial collaboration are repugnant, the author added.

The actress was, however, especially upset by the arrogance of luxury firms that want her endorsement for a pitiful sum of money. “Rudeness of multimillion-dollar brands that expect my endorsement in exchange for ‘brand association’ and a ludicrously low fee,” as she put it, shocked her. Zeenat brought up the fact that these companies pay their ambassadors handsome salaries, citing one who returned to a job she had previously fulfilled. Although she did not identify the actress, Reddit users assumed that she was talking to Priyanka Chopra, a brand ambassador for Bulgari and a character in the Zeenat-original “Don” series.
