The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav been in a legal controversy for the past few months. Based on different news articles the social media influencer, has been summoned by the Lucknow unit of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding a money laundering case related to snake venom. He was first produced before the ED on July 23 at Lucknow.
Today Elvish Yadav was seen at the outside ED office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Although it is not apparent what happened in the office, according to IANS, he will be asked about the money from YouTube India and other operations. The probe, being carried out by CVO officers, will cover all the aspects involved in the matter ambitiously. The news agency also captured Yadav outside the building and the video was released to the public.
As reported , Elvish Yadav was tight-lipped about his allegations, and said that he would understand everything once he met the ED. He also said that he has brought all the information the ED needed and he cannot continue doing so.

For some time Elvish Yadav was residing in the United Kingdom. Because the ED travelled, he asked to be excused from attending the summons. Sunday was the July 21st, where, Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner paid a visit to Bigg Boss OTT 3 in order to support his friend, Lovekesh Kataria who is in the house now.
Elvish Yadav got into trouble when police arrived with force to break up a rave party at Sector 49, Noida. Nine live snakes including the ‘cobra’ were recovered by the police from the building besides a plastic container with 20 millilitres of actual snake venom. For the record, officers of People for Animals (PFA) shaped an FIR against the principal suspect Elvish Yadav and the other five.
Accused YouTuber was tried under section of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Wildlife protection Act and, Indian Penal Code.

Nowadays, the YouTuber is released under bond. Recently, the YouTuber performed in Bigg Boss OTT 3 to support his pal Lovekesh Kataria; however he clashed with Faisu aka Faisal Shaikh, who had come to support his friend and team member Adnaan Shaikh.
