Yami Gautam And Aditya Dhar Welcome Baby Boy; Name Him Vedavid: ‘We Embark On This Beautiful Journey Of Parenthood’

Actress Yami Gautam and her filmmaker husband Aditya Dhar have become proud parents. They have announced that they are expecting their first child and it is a baby boy. They announced it through an Instagram post and they named him Vedavid.

Yami Gautam and her husband Aditya Dhar announced that she gave birth to a baby boy on May 10, which is Akshaya Tritiya. The couple kick started the week by announcing the good news. They posted ‘We are delighted to share that we welcomed a healthy baby boy Vedavid on Akshay Tritya and we request everyone to bless him with love and good wishes’.

The post had a fairly heart touching caption. Together, we want to thank the extraordinary and excellent doctors at Surya Hospital along with Dr. Bhupender Awasthi and Dr. Ranjana Dhanu who worked so hard for this beautiful day to come true for us.

It also stated that; “On behalf of the entire family I would like to convey our heartfelt thanks to the very committed and lovely medical doctors and teams, especially Dr. Awasthi and Dr. Dhanu at Surya Hospital who made this miracle possible”.

“Our son has been a blessing and a hope for all of us and we are looking forward to seeing his bright future unfold with each achievement that he makes and hope that he will someday be a source of pride not only for this family but also for the beloved nation,” they wrote and ended with a heart, hands emojis.

Their friends and followers congratulated them and sent them wishes as soon as the post was uploaded on social media. Leading the congratulations was actor Ranveer Singh, who is expecting his first child with wife and fellow actor Deepika Padukone. He wrote, “Bahut bahut bahut sara pyaar! God bless.
