Daaku Maharaaj on Netflix: Did Urvashi Rautela’s Scenes and Dabidi Dabidi Song Get Removed? Here’s the Truth
The much-awaited OTT release of Daaku Maharaaj on Netflix has generated rumors regarding the omission of Urvashi Rautela’s scenes and hit track Dabidi Dabidi. The action-packed film, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, did well at the box office upon its big release on January 12, 2025. However, upon its release on Netflix on February 21, rumors were afloat that the OTT release trimmed down, particularly cutting Urvashi Rautela’s scenes.
The rumor picked up speed after Netflix dropped a promotional poster featuring the lead cast prominently but strangely leaving out Urvashi. This led to speculations that her scenes, including her high-energy dance number Dabidi Dabidi, had been chopped from the streaming version. But a fact-check by News18 Showsha confirmed that the Netflix version of Daaku Maharaaj remains identical to the theatrical version, ruling out the rumors altogether.
The opening yoga scene of Urvashi Rautela is portrayed in the film in a grand manner. Additionally, the much-hyped song Dabidi Dabidi, with whom there is a high-energy dance by Urvashi with Balakrishna, has not been left out either. Fans fearing that she has been left out of the film may now breathe a sigh of relief as there have been no cuts in the content of the film for the digital release.
