The Best 5 Movies of Christopher Nolan

Best 5 Movies of Christopher Nolan from Inception to Prestige. The man is truly a mastermind.

In light of Oppenheimer’s fame, let us look at the best 5 movies of Christopher Nolan

The popularity of Oppenheimer has brought the focus on Christopher Nolan and his previous works. There is no doubt that he is one of the best filmmakers out there and his work has always been beyond imagination. Here are the best 5 movies of Nolan (in no particular order).

  1. The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises

The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises is easily one of the most watched and one of the most famous movies of the Batman series. The movie is legendary, and Heath Ledger as Joker was the most charismatic villain Batman has ever seen. From going all out in every scene to creating a story that helped the viewers get lost, these movies had it all and there was only Nolan who could have done something like this. The Dark Knight Rises was his highest-grossing film ever.

2. The Prestige

The Prestige is another beautifully depicted film. Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale are beyond amazing in this movie. The simple story with a crazy ending is what made this movie stand out.

3. Dunkirk

This war movie was perhaps one of the best movies Nolan has ever made. The story revolved around the British evacuation of France in 1940. The way the narrative of the movie went, and the reality with which every actor, every scene was laid out shows that it did deserve the Oscar for Best Sound Editing, Best Sound Mixing, and Best Film Editing.

4. Tenet

Tenet was one of the last releases of Nolan before Oppenheimer, and it was one confusing movie. From trying to understand what’s happening and the timelines, this movie was a wisely created one.

5. Inception

There’s no way that Inception could not have been on this list. The movie was so intense and the theatrical play of the movie just added to the viewing of this movie. A dream within a dream and a dream and God knows what all was happening in this movie. Literally cosmic to say the least.
