Tabu Mesmerizes in Mirrorwork And Brocade Anarkali at Lakmē Fashion Week 2025, Showcasing ITRH’s Noor Bridal Collection with Timeless Elegance

Under the shimmering lights of Lakmē Fashion Week X FDCI 2025, the runway became a canvas of heritage and contemporary elegance as ITRH by Ridhi Bansal and Mohit Rai, in collaboration with Lakmē Salon, unveiled Noor – A Signature Bridal Collection. At the heart of this mesmerizing showcase stood Tabu, whose presence transformed every step into an ode to timeless Indian craftsmanship. Draped in a Mirrorwork And Brocade Anarkali, she captured the very essence of Noor: strength, grace, and regal sophistication.

Tabu’s ensemble was a masterclass in the fusion of tradition and modernity. The ethereal Mirrorwork And Brocade Anarkali shimmered with intricate Sheesh Pushida Jaal, a centuries-old mirrorwork technique that reflected light with every movement. Complemented by delicate dabka, zardozi, and patta patti embroidery, the outfit’s antique Banarasi brocades and fine tissue fabrics added depth and texture, turning the garment into a living piece of art. As Tabu glided across the runway, each mirrored detail caught the glow, making the Anarkali appear as if it were radiating from within.

The Noor collection’s narrative extended beyond Tabu, with five showstoppers bringing their own interpretation of modern bridal elegance. Sakshi Sindhwani exuded exuberance, Divya Gurwara embraced poised sophistication, Pragya Kapur showcased creative flair, Kaustav Dey expressed fearless individuality, and Vibha Galhotra embodied artistic depth. Together, they illustrated that Noor celebrates a spectrum of radiant selves, each confident, unique, and unapologetically powerful.

Lakmē Salon’s styling perfectly complemented the couture. Sculpted buns, soft cascading waves, jewel-toned hair accents, and delicate floral adornments framed radiant skin, while anti-frizz textures and subtle glam finishes enhanced the brilliance of the Mirrorwork And Brocade Anarkali. The styling maintained a balance of modernity and tradition, highlighting personal expression while honoring Indian bridal craftsmanship.

Designers Ridhi Bansal and Mohit Rai emphasized that Noor was not just a collection but a statement. “Our goal is to give Indian craft a voice that feels contemporary, fearless, and empowering,” explained Ridhi. Mohit added, “The mirrors in these ensembles create a living tapestry. Noor is fashion that speaks, that moves, and that inspires.” Their vision was perfectly realized through Tabu’s presence, which brought the narrative to life with quiet strength and magnetic elegance.
