Spinach-Almond Drink Recipe and Health Benefits

Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh spinach leaves

10–12 almonds (soaked overnight)

1 cup of milk or almond milk

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

A few ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly.
  • Blend the spinach leaves, soaked almonds, milk or almond milk, and honey or agave syrup until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until the drink is chilled.
