Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya on Love, Marriage, and Finding Time for Each Other Amid Their Busy Careers

Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya, having exchanged their wedding vows in a very private ceremony last year, have finally unwrapped a conversation on the couple journey. Giving an in-depth interview to Vogue, the couple spoke about their love story, the navigation of their relationship, and the hurdles encountered while giving both the personal and professional sides of their existence equal attention.

For Sobhita, to fall in love with Naga were through natural happenings. “He was a clear-headed, even-keeled, and optimistic. At that point in my life, I was also in a space where I was ready to give and receive love. This understanding of each other laid the seed for a solid and meaningful relationship between us”.

Being from the film fraternity, it is always a challenge for them to manage such busy schedules. “It s all still very new for us,” Sobhita confesses. “We have charted out the next four or five months based on our commitments, but we are always hunting for small pockets of time to get away together”. Naga seconded his wife: “Whenever we can squeeze in a holiday or just some chill time, we do”. Dedication toward finding time for each other even amidst the hustle of daily life stands testimony to the strength of their bond.

When asked for something he admires the most in his wife, Naga’s answer was immediate: “Her Telugu, man. In Mumbai, she is a real city chick, very cool and hip, and goes with the flow. Back in Vizag, she is so traditional, and I love that contrast.” Those words speak volumes about the exquisiteness of Sobhita as a beautiful blend of modernity and tradition in Naga’s eyes.

Interestingly, Sobhita never expected to marry someone from the film industry. Reflecting back on how love crept upon her, she confessed, “The timing was just perfect. Before I met him, I wouldn't have thought he'd be the one. He enjoys just spending time working on his bike, cleaning it. That pure sort of passion is seldom found. He finds beauty in all the little inconveniences of life; he always looks on the bright side.”

After years of courtship, the duo tied the knot on December 2024 in Hyderabad, unfolding the beautiful new chapter of their life together. Their epic love story defines much about celebrating the little pleasures while taking life and its surprises in good spirit. Sobhita and Naga, amid their busy schedules, continue to find time for each other, thus proving that true love flourishes on both glorious and simple gestures.
