Ritu Rathee Breaks Silence on Divorce Rumors with Gaurav Taneja, Urges Fans to Stop Judging and Keep Their Relationship Private in Emotional Instagram Video

YouTuber Gaurav Taneja’s wife, Ritu Rathee, finally spoke about rumors surrounding the separation of the couple in a video on Instagram titled “Divorce Reality Check.” Rathee, who is a pilot and a content creator, appealed to the public to stop judging her husband as the complexities of their eight-year marriage were personal and needed not be aired publicly.

She expressed frustration with all the assumptions that were being made about Taneja, popularly known as Flying Beast and was of the opinion that she and her husband both had been representing their perceptions. “A small thing happened between a husband and wife. He thought he was right, and I thought I was right”, Rathee shared, while pointing out that stubbornness on both sides led to their struggles. However, she firmly added, “I don’t need to hear from you whether he is genuine, whether he was loyal. I have seen him through every situation.”

Rathee said society made people blame each other, especially men in contemporary relationships. “Earlier it was all blamed on women; nowadays, everything is put in the bin of men,” she said. Rathee also identified herself in a viral video where she had approached a spiritual guru to seek advice about her problems.

Meanwhile, Rathee had already ruled out the value of verdicts from social media: “I don’t need support from social media. I quit social media a year ago, and I don’t regret it.”
