The Pandemic has completely changed the way we consume entertainment. In the past year, OTT platforms have completely taken over. We have to admit that they have made our stay at home much easier. In fact, the refreshing content on various OTT platforms has made our lockdowns bearable. If you are wondering what to watch next? Here, we are to help you out. Recently, Natak Pictures released a short film Pinki Ki Shaadi on their channel and we loved the concept. Here is a quick review that you must read and you can thank us later for recommending it.
Starring Mugdha Agarwal and Vikram Bhui in the lead roles, the 26-minute long film revolves around a couple who is about to get married. It is a beautiful take on love, marriage and destiny. The film beautifully portrayed the confusion of our generation on marriage, moving on and love. Pinki and Bittu met through an arranged set up, but the twist comes when Pinki refused to get married just a day before her wedding. To find out the reason you must watch the film! Directed and written by Rahul Bhatnagar, Pinki Ki Shaadi will definitely make you smile.
Talking about the performances, Mugdha as Pinki was quite convincing and Bittu aka Vikram Bhui was real, relatable and refreshing in the film. We cannot forget to give special mention to Mamaji aka Lokesh Mittal who tickled our funny bones and gave our generation an important relationship lesson.
