Priyanka Chopra Jonas Shines in a Custom Floral Couture Gown by Rahul Mishra at Her Brother Siddharth Chopra’s Mehendi Ceremony in Mumbai

Priyanka Chopra Jonas stole the limelight at her brother Siddharth Chopra’s mehendi ceremony in Mumbai, looking every bit a picture of grace and opulence. Attending the fun filled occasion, Priyanka wore a custom couture floral gown designed by the renowned Rahul Mishra. Her ensemble having justly combined modern design with traditional Indian craftsmanship, looked almost ethereal in making her resemble a floral princess.

With intimate connections with nature, Rahul Mishra brought the love to life through this spectacular couture. The gown is a celebration of intricate hand embroidery and features an entire bouquet of delicate floral motifs in shades of pink, yellow, blue, purple, and orange. So much attention has been given to detail in this meticulous sequin work that gives it a glow and catches light, highlighting the natural beauty of Priyanka. This handcrafted art was paired perfectly with the modern silhouette of the gown for the vibrant and festive occasion of the mehendi ceremony. Not surprising that it quickly became one of Priyanka’s favorites, and she loved the creation because of the perfect blending of tradition and modernity that Mishra could manage.

Styled by the creative Ami Patel, Priyanka went well with a chic Bvlgari necklace that complemented her couture gown perfectly. Priyanka opted for fresh and clean makeup that played perfectly with the glow of her skin and the bright smile. And with her hair blown beautifully to set off the overall look, Priyanka looked every inch the sophisticated, polished woman.

Accompanying Priyanka were in-laws Kevin Jonas Sr. and Denise Jonas, who also spruced up the festive jolly mood in traditional Indian attire. Denise looked radiant in vibrant pink embroidered saree, Kevin opted for soft pastel peach kurta with classic white pants, while the mother of the groom, Dr. Madhu Chopra, looked striking in a Pastel Mauve embellished ensemble shining with details. Siddharth, the groom, was equally dashing in an ivory bandhgala with intricate flora and fauna embroidery, white pants, and the perfect mix of tradition and modern style.

The mehendi ceremony was also a part of the pre-wedding festivities for Siddharth and Neelam Upadhyaya. Earlier, Priyanka had been snapped at the Mata ki Chowki ceremony in coral kurta suit from the house of One Not Two, followed by the bright yellow lehenga set at the haldi ceremony, where she looked like rays of sunshine emanating from within.

Taking to Instagram, Priyanka shared her joy with her fans, saying, “Kicking off #Sidnee ki shaadi with happiest haldi ceremony,” as she revelled in the warmth and happiness surrounding her brother’s wedding festivities.
