Popular influencer and buddy to many stars, including Janhvi Kapoor and Suhana Khan, Orhan Awatramani, known better as Orry, had made his weight loss journey successful when he appeared on Dumb Biryani hosted by Arhaan Khan. As per him, strictly living on a zero-sugar diet got him 23 kg lighter than before. Over 70 kg once, Orry is over 50 kg now but promises to shed a few more, like he plans to be 47 kg in the near future.

Orry’s Weight Loss Secrets- On being asked about his diet, Orry reveals that his diet is highly disciplined. “I have an egg white omelet for breakfast and then I really don’t eat much during the day. Maybe something for dinner if there’s food at home, but my diet is zero sugar,” he shared. His avoidance of sugar intake has emerged as the most vital contributor to his weight loss transformation.
