One of the popular Bollywood singers Neha Bhasin has recently caused controversy with one of the posts. Neha Bhasin said, ‘I have a lot to write, but as a matter of fact, I actually do not know how to begin or how I can generalize this helpless hell that I am going through. She has posted on IG stories and posted about having PMDD and OCPD. She also disclosed to the audience that her doctor has advised her that she has fibromyalgia. The singer also added that she never felt healthy for a long time.

When people have known for years that something is wrong. Lastly, today the diagnosis occurred with more medical understanding. such as ‘on paper for two years, I knew since I was 20’ which resulted in receiving the proper therapy for mental and hormonal illnesses. All of this was accompanied by a big realization and then the acceptance that at least for now my nervous system feels broken. ‘

The singer’s note read, ‘I have exercised. I have danced and performed with pain for years, thinking I am just tight and hence feel more stretched. My doctor has told me not to do anything for some time. ‘ Nonetheless, at the end of her note, the singer stated she was in a lot of pain.
She also disclosed her symptoms and stated that it included fatigue, body pain, mental distress, anxiety, monthly depression, sleep disorder, and many others. She also described her way of coping with such decisions and stated that it involved abstinence through yoga, journaling among others. She went further to write, ‘My monthly PMDD still finds a way to push me in the same black hole or dig up even more, Is this my failure? My OCPD demands to know It exacerbates the fibromyalgia that my doctor has diagnosed me with and I have recently learned to accept.
