You have witnessed her taking care of the adorable star kids in town – Taimur and Jeh, even from their infancy. Now she is employed full-time with actor Ram Charan and his wife, businesswoman Upasana Konidela for their daughter Klin Kara. In an interview with HT City, the new star of ‘Kisi Ko….’ Lalita D’Silva firmly states that she doesn’t wants to be known as a ‘nanny’ as everybody is thinking about her

“I have been a pediatric nurse for Thirty years she says.” D’Silva is currently ruling the internet after some photos she posted with Anant Ambani from his wedding went viral. I remember, he was the first baby I took charge of from the time he was born, so we have been together for quite some time. It was an unbelievable feeling to be attending his wedding; I can’t express how I felt. He was a good kid; he is exactly the same even now,” she gushes. Her picture going viral was brought to her attention by friends and family who started sending her messages. “I told them it’s normal. People have started recognizing me,” she says.
D’Silva who is also a mother of a 35-year-old echoes this by pointing out that despite having worked for them for 11 years, the Ambanis did not forget her. “Till now, Anant is in touch with me and it’s god’s grace It’s not only Anant but I also took care of Isha and Akash too They are so glamorous, a very rich family But still, they have not forgotten me It’s true that hard work pays off I used to work dedicatedly with Anant I wish them a very happy married life They called me for Isha and Akash’s wedding too

He continues to take D’Silva on international tours as well, like when Ram and Upasana moved her with them to Italy and Thailand, or when Kareena took her along to look after Taimur during the shooting of Laal Singh Chadha. “Aww Kareena is a brilliant mom; she is very strict, the kids are like that too I guess Saif also loves his kids very much,” she states.

The stories of how women went into hysteria when Taimur was born are stories that cannot be erased from history. Each public outing of Taimur, with his mother holding him like a treasure, was a social media sensation. Although D’Silva ensures that she “enjoys” the job and cannot possibly point at anything she finds stressful, this particular situation left her feeling like there was pressure. “The public and the media in particular put pressure on me.” If I would be there I would have to say ‘yeh baccha hai, don’t run for him or don’t do this and this why are you like this’. I had to remind some mothers once that ‘Yes, Taimur is so cute, even his parents are good looking, but take care of your kids too and click their pictures also.’ They applied bauhaut pressure tha, but I made it through. I had never cleared the media or prevented them from taking pictures but somehow I was able to. I was very concerned for Taimur’s safety, that he should be kept secure from all this,” she concludes.
