Delhi socialite Kalyani Saha Chawla stated in the most recent season of Netflix’s Fabulous Lives vs. Bollywood Wives that she continues to use her ex-husband’s last name because she believes it is crucial for her daughter to feel like she has relatives. Even though Kalyani has been well-known for years, not much is known about her ex-husband, Vishal Chawla.

Ravi and Mina Chawla founded the upscale home décor company Ravissant in the 1980s, and Vishal Chawla is their son. He and his sisters, Charu and Malini Chawla, are directors of the family business. With ₹1.42 crore in paid-up capital, Ravissant is a chain of upscale boutiques in Delhi and Mumbai that specialize in luxury items and upscale Indian handicrafts. Premium home furnishings, silverware, and other luxury items are available from the company.

Vishal Chawla did not immediately join the family firm after graduating from college, despite his current involvement in Ravissant. “My family made a reputation for itself in the luxury goods industry. Fifteen years ago, my parents, Ravi and Mina Chawla, founded Ravissant. Although living away from home since the age of 15 gives you a strong sense of freedom, joining them would have been the quickest path to success, he told the Business Standard in 1998.
