Janhvi Kapoor Stuns in a Sindoori Red Organza Saree and Green Blouse at NMACC: A Perfect Blend of Vintage Elegance and Contemporary Flair
Janhvi Kapoor again becoming ethnic muse for fashion lovers with her recent outing at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai. Recently, Janhvi attended a musical event based on Lord Krishna where the actress performed on the stage with her rumored boyfriend, Shikhar Pahariya. For this grand occasion she has opted for sindoori red organza saree from the luxury clothing brand Leela from the latest collection of Torani.

Her saree worn is carefully designed, handwoven, and has dori embroidery and antique dabka work on it, apart from moti and sequin work. It has the most Royal Balda lace border that gives it that regal look and feel; thus perfect for ethnic wear. Janhvi wore the saree in a traditional style; the front portion of the saree had perfect parallel folds and the pallu was draped beautifully over the right shoulder.

For the gorgeous saree, Janhvi selected a green blouse, that is made of the butterfly net material. Taking its cue from the angia of India, the blouse has antique dabka work on the zari embroidery, and pearl hand embroidery. The full length ballooned sleeves, deep neck line, cropped pants, the flirty backless look with dori ties gives modernity to the outfit.

The saree costs Rs 1,15,500 and the blouse is Rs 46,500 as per the website of that particular brand. To match her clothing, Janhvi accessorized herself with gold and polki jewellery – a choker necklace, jhumkas, rings and nath. Her makeup look was quite minimal, just shimmer eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, and nude-pink lips, the hair was half tied with the chain of the earring inserted.
