Hina khan received the shocking news of being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and later she went for surgery. This I know, she released a workout video motivational video on her Instagram account this morning. The sequence depicts Hina and her trainer at the gym and how she gives some kicks like someone practicing kick boxing. She also wrote caption to the clip with note.
