Hina Khan, the actor, has put forth a very strong and heartfelt message in the wake of the horrifying terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Hina expressed her sorrow, anger, and solidarity with the victims and the nation, stating that the horrific massacre that killed 26—25 Indians and one Nepali—deeply disturbed her.
Posting on Instagram, Hina Khan said that the incident had shaken her so deeply that it was affecting her mental peace. In her note, she condemned the attackers as “not human beings” in her eyes. With a heart full of tears and pain, she stood with the country in saying that she “wholeheartedly, absolutely, and unconditionally” stands by India’s call for justice.

“As a Muslim, I want to apologise,” she stated, reflecting on the senseless pain inflicted by the attacks. Her message was not merely a sympathetic one; it was one calling for accountability, for self-reflection and for solidarity. Hina acknowledged the pain felt by many and urged fellow Muslims to confront what has happened instead of glossing over it with meaningless words. She described the heartless, inhuman, brainwashed attackers and stated her grief that they have distorted religion for violence.
Hina expressed that terrorism has no religion, and atrocities should never be attached to any religion, including Islam. She begged fellow Indians not to ostracize all Muslims, reiterating that those patriots, irrespective of religion, feel one in mourning and in rage. “If we end up fighting each other, we will be doing what the terrorists want-divide us,” she added.

Blocked from the mainstream media flow, Hina Khan, meanwhile, appealed to the Kashmiris with a sincere heart and true spirit to embrace back the Kashmiri Pandits who were displaced during years of conflict. She began with praises of the visible change in the Valley, namely the rise of patriotic sentiment and the raising of the national flag. Bespeaking the changed spirit of the new generation, she rallied Kashmiris to embark on coexistence and reconstruction of ties that used to form the bedrock of the region’s culture.
Hina’s message was not just condemnation but rather ideas of healing. She wishes tourism and peace in Kashmir to not be regarded as a cultural threat; rather, it is a lifeline for many families. She demanded justice for the victims and called on all Indians, irrespective of religion or region, to join as one against hate and violence.
“Let’s not give them what they want. No politics, no divisions, no hate. We are Indians first. Jai Hind,” she signed off, leaving behind a note brimming with pain, patriotism, and purpose.
