Filmmakers of “Ghuspaithiya” Visit Cyber Security Headquarters at World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, to Raise Awareness of Cyber Threats
Recently, the team of the new 2023 movie Ghuspaithiya directed by Susi Ganeshan with vineet Kumar Singh , Urvashi Rautela and Akshay Oberoi went to the Cyber Security Headquarters at the world trade center cuffe parade. The session also comprised a face-to-face with Mr Yashasvi Yadav IPS, IGPHD Maharashtra Cyber Department where we concentrated on building awareness on cyber fraud in India and globally.

While on the tour, actors Vineet Kumar Singh and Akshay Oberoi along with the director Susi Ganeshan had an interactive conversation with IGP Yashasvi Yadav of the women Integrated Police Unit WIPU regarding the issues of cybercrimes. “Cyber fraud is an emerging problem and someone needs to let the public know what they are up against,” Vineet Kumar Singh adding, “We want to be that someone.”
Akshay Oberoi further stressed, “If you know the tricks of the trade of the cyber criminals, you can protect yourself and the people you love. This has been quite an eye opener and we are determined to spread this awareness.”

IGP Yashasvi Yadav agreed with the sentiments and said that, “Such steps are very helpful in our crusade against cybercrimes, the film Industry has a strong voice, hats off to ‘Ghuspaithiya’ team for coming up with such an educational movie for others such that others should not hesitate to report rather than suffer in silence.
The makers of ‘Ghuspaithiya’ have also started the #MyGhuspaithiyaStory campaign, where they are inviting people to share their real-life experiences of cyber threats and whoever shares the best story wins ₹1 lakh. Finally, well-selected esteemed members of the media will listen to all these stories and guarantee the respect of each of these individuals. The team is determined to ensure that the society becomes safer through speaking out on incidences and educating other people on cyber threats.
