Helmed by ace writer-director Neerraj Pathak who has also produced the show for Jio Studios, the series boasts of a stellar star cast with brilliant performances, including an important cameo by award-winning filmmaker-actor Rahul Mittra. Mittra is playing the role of a politician and is going to be a good presence on screen.
The Story
It is a cop drama based on the true events of Inspector Avinash Mishra, a former Special Task Force officer of the Uttar Pradesh Police, and his fight against crime in Uttar Pradesh of the 1990s, battling with his team to curb the growing mafia dominance and illegal arms trade.
Shot in never-seen-before areas of the state of Uttar Pradesh, the series features a unique mix of urban and rural locations, showcasing their beauty and complexities.
