Farzi Season 2 on the Horizon: Bhuvan Arora Reveals Key Details About Shahid Kapoor’s Anticipated Return to Crime Drama

Farzi, an Indian Hindi web series, has already become one of the most popular shows on the streaming platform called Watcho. Developed by Raj & DK, the charm of the show lies in cast which includes Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon and Bhuvan Arora which has impressed the viewers. This is because the show’s first season received positive reception, which has left people wanting more when it comes to Farzi Season 2.

This is in addition to the cast statements that have been made by Shahid Kapoor in the past that has given an indication that the series will be back again and as recently as from Bhuvan Arora. And in a conversation with Digital Commentary on YouTube, Bhuvan confirmed this news stating Farzi Season 2 is in the pre-production. “Aa rahi hai, pakka aa rahi hai,” Bhuvan had convinced the viewers, as Aasman hanging in the balance for the Dronacharyas. After having worked with Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi and Kay Kay Menon he had only good things to say about his co-stars. He used the words such as “fantastic” for Vijay Sethupathi, “lovely” for Shahid Kapoor and “fabulous” for Kay Kay Menon and he could not stop appreciating the talent and the bonding they had on the sets.

As Farzi Season 1 was released on February 10, 2023, and included a stellar cast such as Rashii Khanna, Regina Cassandra, and Manoj Bajpayee, the series is a continuation of the thrilling story of the protagonist Sunny, played by Shahid Kapoor, and Michael Vedanayagam, played by Vijay Sethupathi. These changes are things that fans should expect in the upcoming second season, which promises nothing but even higher drama, conspiracy, and nail-biting suspense set in the fictional universe of Farzi.
