Recently, Indian actor Divya Dutta also complained about IndiGo airlines as the carrier checked her in for flight that was later cancelled but she was not informed. She posted her unpleasant experience on the social platform, Instagram where she was left stranded at the airport in Mumbai without any help from the actor.

Divya posted a video on Instagram where she was standing at an empty gate saying how she had been checked in for a flight that was no longer in service. Still, she had never been informed about it by the airline in advance. Divya tagged IndiGo and said, ‘Thank you for a very horrendous experience in the wee hours!’ No notification of a cancelled flight…am checked in on a cancelled flight. Many Instagram users came forward and supported Divya’s post, which she posted on her Instagram account. Some asked her to report the issue on Twitter because it would be responded to faster while some could not believe the kind of treatment the airline was giving its passengers.
This happened during the rainy season when flights in Mumbai were delayed or canceled for several flights. But, the airline failed to inform such passengers as Divya and many others like them were left frustrated. The actor also complained that the disruption had affected her shooting plan, which made her even more annoyed.
