To commemorate the Self-care month, Deepika posted about the yoga pose known as Viparita Karani and the benefits it holds on health. They have noted that she is a frequent user of this pose. Thus, she noted that there is no need to stick to the self-care month, when one can practice easy self-care steps daily.
