Padmaavat: Padmaavat by Sanjay Leela Bhansali is among the best examples for the “Boycott Bollywood” trend as far as the movie is concerned. Pathaan: Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan also faced the wrath of the “Boycott Bollywood” trend. The controversy centered around the song Besharam Rang, where actress Deepika Padukone was seen wearing an orange swimsuit, which some claimed hurt Hindu sentiments.
