After a fan implored Arijit Singh to perform Aar Kobe, which has turned into the protest song for the Kolkata rape case, the actor seemed agitated.
The artist is currently giving several performances throughout the United Kingdom. Arijit corrected a fan who insisted on seeing him perform Aar Kobe in a video that went viral from one of his most recent performances. He advised the fan to travel to Kolkata to participate in the protests, saying that the performance is not the appropriate location for it.

He further explained -They are not here to protest; they are here to listen to me. Not to demonstrate, but to hear my music. It’s not appropriate to mention this here. There are a lot of Bengalis in this area, so feel free to travel to Kolkata and start traveling! He went straight into performance gear and started singing Taal’s Ramta Jogi.
The well-known artist expressed regret to the fan and explained that, in his opinion, the state is a temple, hence he cannot permit food on stage. “Please excuse me; this is my temple. Food is not allowed here,” he stated. Renowned international singer Ed Sheeran was also a guest on Arijit’s show. The two sang the hit song “Perfect” by Ed. Arijit thanked Ed for attending and uploaded a post with concert images, even though videos from the event had gone viral.
