Actress Madalsa Sharma Chakraborty revealed her exit from the hit TV series ‘Anupamaa’ after being on the show for more than four years. Madalsa announced her exit from the show shortly after actor Sudhanshu Pandey also said goodbye. The actor has addressed her choice to exit the show, elaborating on her reasons for calling co-star Rupali Ganguly “two-faced.”

Madalsa stated that how the audience views you depends on the character you portray. If you act as Lord Ram, the audience will perceive and revere you as Lord Ram based on their perception of you and your portrayal. And it’s completely deserved since you have acted in that manner and carried out your tasks with full dedication. No matter how I explain or express it, ultimately, others may not grasp your perspective as it relates to your experience. It is believed that she is typecast as a superwoman because she plays the role of the goddess of mothers on the show.

Madalsa Sharma explained for labeling Rupali as ‘two-faced’

Madalsa revealed that she discovered that Rupali had talked about her behind her back on some occasions, causing her great pain. Nonetheless, she mentioned that they eventually settled their issues and made amends. I have employed this term because at times, I have sensed that the individual in my presence is different when away from me. There were occasions when I sensed that unfavorable comments were made about me in an unrefined manner when I wasn’t present. Upon discovering, I experienced pain. I thought, ‘I haven’t wronged you, so why treat me like this? She stated, “If you have an opinion about me, speak to me directly instead of talking behind my back.”
