Animal Worldwide Box Office Collection: ‘Animal’ Joins Fastest Earners, Tops Day 2 Collections
Ranbir Kapoor’s latest movie, “Animal,” is making waves despite facing some criticism. The film has stormed the box office, Animal Worldwide Box Office Collection is crossing the impressive Rs 100 crore milestone within just two days of its release. This puts it on par with other fast achievers like “Pathaan” and “Jawan.”

On its opening day, “Animal” soared past Shah Rukh Khan’s “Pathaan,” collecting a staggering Rs 63.8 crore, surpassing “Pathaan’s” day one earnings of Rs 54 crore. However, while it didn’t surpass “Pathaan’s” second-day collection of Rs 70.50 crore, “Animal” managed to reach the coveted Rs 100 crore mark within 48 hours.
According to early estimates by Sachnilk, the movie amassed Rs 66 crore on its second day, bringing the total domestic collection to an impressive Rs 129.80 crore.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala reported that “Animal” has roared globally, grossing over Rs 230 crore worldwide. He shared on Twitter, “In 2 days, #Animal has grossed a huge ₹ 230 Crs+ at the WW Box office.”
Despite facing competition from Vicky Kaushal’s “Sam Bahadur,” “Animal” continues its strong run at the box office. “Sam Bahadur,” directed by Meghna Gulzar, has had a slower start, earning Rs 6.25 crore on Friday and Rs 9.25 crore on Saturday.

Directed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy, known for “Arjun Reddy” and its Hindi adaptation “Kabir Singh,” “Animal” has faced criticism for its portrayal of toxic masculinity. However, the movie has managed to resonate with its audience, evident from its box office success, despite the polarised opinions.

“Animal” has roared its way past the Rs 100 crore mark within just two days, establishing its presence and joining the league of speedy earners at the box office, And as Oneworldnews’s Ridam Sharma gave the film one star and wrote, “ ‘Animal’ offers a riveting first half with standout performances and gripping action sequences. However, the film loses its way in the second half, struggling with pacing and overindulgent scenes. While it’s not easily categorised as good or bad, the film sparks discussion and offers a unique cinematic experience worth exploring on the big screen.”
